[PKMN OPEN] The Pokemon Trainer Academy (OOC) (NEW!)

Once X and Y come out, I will probably be magically posting like wildfire. XD

Also, I would like to formally request retiring Ciel and Ash. I love their characters, but Ash at the moment has nothing to really do outside of teaching that I can think of and Ciel, while fun, lacks the same ties to the school that Skye does. I will be happily keeping Skye, and possibly come up with a new character at some point. But for now, I will pull them back to get myself writing again.

@Fuyu: Variety is the spice of life, and sometimes you just need a change of pace~ It's a shame I haven't figured out how to cure my muse. I simply haven't felt up to most forms of forum roleplay as of late.

@Yellow Best things for that in my experience are to A)Not force it and B)What Fuyu's doing. Mix things up! Maybe try a new character, like a teacher or a student with unusual restrictions? (Mono type trainer, themed trainer like "only fossil pokemon" or "only pokemon based on frogs".)

For example, once X and Y come out I'm strongly considering making a second student or teacher character who is a Ghost type specialist, or at the very least themed to only using Ghost, Dark and Poison types. If you wanted to work together on linking any characters with me, just let me know. I'm always up for good RP and plotting.

I should do something absurd, like make a trainer who also happens to be a LARPer.

*insert Inception noise here* A LARPer would be hilarious. Then again, I think we all remember Mac... who's never going to be normal again, I would imagine.

My muse has been dying since August. I figured that doing this would make it happy.

When X and Y come out, will we be implementing Mega Stones into this RP somehow? Like maybe a Mega Evolution class, or have the teacher of each class give out a Mega Stone to the students. I don't know, just brainstorming! It could segway into the New Year, since it's Christmas, and in commemoration for the New Year we add a new class. Again, just brainstorming!

@Fuyu: Do we? That feels like ages ago!~ Have you ever wondered what she's up to? Now you don't have to!

@pokefan9900: I'm afraid I won't be able to say much on that until I get a chance to actually study how mega stones work. There will probably be a bit of a delay before we start integrating anything of that nature.
