If it's ok to you, I'll get those trio altogether, so we wouldn't go back and forth to the Wi-Fi room. ;)

The request forms are for if you would like us to capture or breed a specific Pokémon for you. If you would like us to capture a Pikachu for you that'll be impossible since Pikachu isn't found in the wild in BW or B2W2. However if you wish, we can breed you one instead. Requests are free and you can trade us anything in return. If you're just looking for a Pikachu holding a Light Ball, I already have two Pichus bred that you can choose from and I can evolve one for you if you would like that instead. Everything except events are free in our shop too so you don't have to worry about trading us anything special. :)
As for what IVs are, here is an explanation of them: http://www.pokecommunity.com/showthread.php?p=7839657#post7839657. Click on IVs link and it'll take you to that section for an explanation about what IVs are.

I have two Pichus, which one would you like? And would you like me to give the Pichu you chose a Light Ball? I can do that no problem if you wish. You can go ahead and add my White 1 FC for when we trade. :)
