Ruby hack: Pokémon Gray Version!

Introduction
Well, after trying out RMXP, I realized it really wasn't for me. Distant's storyline also didn't suit me either, so I felt like I needed one good storyline that people would enjoy, and that I would also enjoy, which is why I quit Distant. Anyone can continue it if they so please. Now, I bring you the idea thread for my newest project, Pokémon Gray Version!

Storyline
Kamon, the infamous character who took place in Gold, Silver and Crystal. After being defeated by you numerous times, he finally realized... 'Being strict, and evil to my Pokémon got me nowhere.' He felt guilt from all the sinister deeds he's done to his fellow companions. Regrettably, he released them into the wild. His plan was to start fresh, and be a kinder, gentler Pokémon Trainer, just like all the rest of them. He decided to take the next boat to the large region of Kypra, which was his home region.
The region on Kypra is well known for its well kept secrets, too. When traveling in Kypra, you will uncover great mysterious, battle through a ferocious line of gym leaders and elite four, and repay your dues from your actions performed in the past.

Team Haze
Team Haze has been around for a couple of years before your arrival in Kypra. Team Haze's main priority is to balance the ever so magical sea, with the land that everyone is familiar with. This means, their goal is to create a world with the same amount of sea as land. There are two leaders to this team, one of them is known as Maxie, the other known as Archie. With this information, what is Team Haze going to turn into in 4 or so years? That's right. Team Magma and Aqua used to be a joined team. But, why did they seperate from Haze?

Nah, they go under the dock. I just wanted to get a quick screen so the title of the map was there ;)

I loved the font you use for the title. It just works in bring in the eye.

But I also like where you are coming from on the storyline point of veiw.

Well dudes, I think I got all the planning out of the way, and I'm now going to officially start Gray, most likely with the titlescreen. :D

Yes, it was a completely random name. I was originally going to go with Purple, but I thought Gray would fit a bit more :D

I guess I can post some news...

I'm converting to Ruby, and using Colcolstyles' prototype rombase, which has enough FireRed tiles in it to keep me happy.

I have 3 completed maps, and scripting will soon start, so updates will come later this week, finally!

Update!

Finally, a big update. What I have to show is 10 screens from 5 maps. I have yet to add NPCs, but I thought these screens would spice up the thread a little bit :D
