Just so you know guys, the base damage can only go up to 100, and that it is only increased by the pokemon's attack level.

Also, no real move ever created has 100 accuracy and 100 power. It's unfair.

No. your wrong. I have the officail Pokemon RS stratagy guide and it lists attacks with base damage over 100 (like Hyper Beam. Its base damage is 150.) Also there are attacks that can never miss unless your accuracy is lowered.

And if your gonna post some off-topic coment like this atleast post an attack.

Oops. Sorry about that. I never bought the guide :D.

But there still is one more thing. You said that some reduce accuracy, but as I look at previous posts, I see that most don't do that, that most of them are at both 100+ with no consequences.

Desciption: Chucks a hunk of dirt at the opponent.

Name: Jump

Desciption: Jumps up into the sky and comes crashing down on the opponent's head. This is also an HM that can be used outside of battle to jump up ledges.

(This attack is exactly like Fire Blast exept the flame is blue and the attack type is ghost.)

Good one, but the spirit ray should have a consequence or your opponent should have a way of fighting it off.

Yeah. That's good. Or if you like, you could do something like perish song. Instead of both fainting after three turns, it's until it faints like you said, but it happens to both the attacking and defending pokemon...
