Not sure what the HP-type is. I have to go check sometime.

And if by power, you mean ability, then it's Steel Pull.

power is the base power for hidden power..like if it does 70 damage 65 damege...etc..ok i'll check later when you find out

Alright, I'm unsure what the base power of Hidden Power is, but I found out he has HP Ice.
