Pokémon Sprite Discussion [from RBYG to XY]

Scariest sprite ever! I wouldn't wanna run into that in a dark forest.

Hey , by the way have you seen all of Exeggutor's Sprites ? :

RB : This...scares...me..off !! HORRIBLE , his heads are bigger than his body !

G : Another huge head frenzy but he seems more pleasant to me...

Y : Oh yeah ! Yazz got smaller heads !!!

G : Hah ! I am more righteous than you loser !!

S : No way , he is standing on the ground... so cute ...

C : Shaking your head and leaves too fast... ?

RS : Walking forth ...

FRLG : ... and leaning back !

E : What the f**k ? Jumping ?? IS THAT YOUR BEST NINTENDO ??

DPPt : I honestly odn't know what to say... ?

HGSS : Again , leaning in front too much...

Exeggutor has good sprites , except for the RB and G ones...

Yeah Gamefreak seemed to get lazy when it comes to Exeggutor.

I don't like the HGSS sprite at all. It looks weird standing up like that.

I must agree . I have seen more and more HGSS Sprites and most ofthem are pretty dissapointing . Mostly :

I have to disagree about Exeggutor. None of the gen. III/IV sprites look good. The most accurate ones are the GSC, in my opinion. I like the creepy RB one. :| It's going to eat your soul.

Also, winner of best sprites throughout all games goes to Electrode. Seriously.

IMO the Gen I Vileplume sprite is the biggest fail ever. It looks like a black midget with a flower on its head.

For Electrode , yea .

Nintenod and Game Freak made it goo adn awesome in some sprites . I congratulate him for having a good Green Sprite and surviving the Bad Sprites Virus .

Awww it looks so cute . Also notice it has a pretty lighter colour on a part of her body .

C : It looks alright with her head moving . This sprite is nor good nor bad .

RS : Huh ? Where is your colour scheme ? -___-

FRLG : Nintendo saved the original colours here , even tough not too much .

E : Yep . Bad because it got its light colours back and jumps boringly . -________-

DPPt : Now now... Your head is too heavy , right ?

HGSS : It looks ... (whatever) . Anyaways , why is it holding his hand in front ?

is the best Mewtwo sprite in my opinion, really sucks, as do and suck too, this animations should be of an electric type, but really is the worst.

Travelling through generations , the hiker had many sprites . These are :

RBY :

Sweet lord , such a fatty !! Someone go to the Fat Guys' Camp , and leave his food pack home !!

GSC :

Aaaaand , he did like I said . Even tough , not much weight off . :/

RSE :

Hmmmm , again intriguing that he went to the Fat Guys' Camp again , but didn't lose much weight !
Anyways , I llike that is stick is much more IN the photo , so it can be seen . He's a HIKER after all .


FRLG :

Good , they totally changed his design and he totally LOST A LOT OF WEIGHT !!! He also shows a huge backpack and has a different colour scheme .

The RB sprite always used to creep me out when I was younger. There is no need for him to be crawling on the floor. :(

Lets look at Dratini:

R/B: Eww! Looks more like a worm.

Gr: Still looks like a worm but its ears/horns look better.

Y: What the heck is up with its colour?

G: I don't really like that position.

S: I like it. It's a cuter and improved version of its literally Yellow sprite.

C: Its colour is way too pale.

R/S: Worst Dratini sprite ever! Its colour is all wrong and its snout is too big.

E: Why are most Emerald animations so boring?

LG/FR: Poor Dratini, always having its colour wrong. At least its snout is smaller.

D/P/Pt: Now that is perfect. They got its colour right this time.

HG/SS: Why do most pokemon look anorexic in HG/SS?
