All pokemon except legends,can be breeded. I dont do Natures, Egg Moves and such.

Are you sure that's the enigma stone latias? Cause I am pretty sure u catch it at lvl 40 like latios the lvl 35s are the roaming ones

Maybe just the latios..idk I'm not a genious when it comes to this stuff...LOL
