    I am not really sure where to post this, so I am going to try it here because it seems the most appropriate place.

    So I am sure if anybody has done this. In this editor you can modify your attacks but under your options you have Effect. There are plenty of options and many of them are just numbers. So i have searched out what each number does. This is a rough work of what I did (took me several hours too hence I decided if anyone needs this then you can get here).


    # - ????? means I could not find the corresponding attack (maybe there is not attack)
    Sp means speed
    att means attack
    sp att means special attack
    sp defense
    def means defense
    para means paralysis

    You can get a basic idea of what it does...

    213 - Camouflage (change type, depending one enviorment)
    212 - dragon dance, att, sp, plus 1
    211 - sp att, sp def plus one (calm mind)
    210 - 50% for fire, both sides, last until user switched out
    209 - POISEN TAIL, increased crit, 10% poisenù
    208 - bulk up: +1 def, att.
    207 - sky uppercut: can hit damage while opp uses fly, bounce.
    206 - cosmic poer: 1+: def, sp def,
    205 - Tickle: -1: def., att.
    204 - lowers sp. att. by two stages (user)
    203 - weather ball
    202 - poisen fang, BADLY Poisen 20%
    201 - mud sport: %0% less electric, until poke is swtich out who uses it.
    200 - Blaze kick, 10% burn, inc. crit.
    199 - teeter dance (confuses) (double, all poke on field)
    198 - VOLT TACKLE, recoil: 1/3, 10% para (Pichu, light ball)
    BUT NO with rockhead (aka like 48)
    197 - secret power (30% causing secondary effect)
    196 - LOW KICK, heavier targer = more damage
    195 - snatch
    194 - grudge (like dest. bond but user not die instead final move to 0 PP)
    193 - refresh
    192 - imprision
    191 - skill swap (switch ability (NO Wonder Guard)
    190 - Erupotion (max 150 base power), higher HP, more base power
    189 - Endeavor
    188 - Knock Off
    187 - Yawn
    186 - Brick Break
    185 - Revenage (double when attacked first)
    184 - Recycle
    183 - Magic Coat (bounces back, status elements (not teeter dance))
    182 - Superpower (att, def (-1 each))
    181 - Ingrain (1/16th HP)
    180 - Assist
    179 - Wish
    178 - Role play (replaces ability (NO Wonder Guard)
    177 - Trick (switch items)
    176 - Helping hand
    175 - Taunt (only offensive)
    174 - charge (only Elec. will do twice after charge)
    173 - nature power
    172 - follow me
    171 - smellingsalt
    170 - focus punch (decreased priority move)
    169 - facade
    168 - Memento
    167 - Will-O-Wisp (burn (no fire))
    166 - Flatter
    165 - Torment (no twice same move)
    164 - Hail

    162 - Swallow
    161 - spit up
    160 - stock pile
    159 - uproar
    158 - fake out
    157 - Softboil, MILK DRINK
    same as(32), can be used outside(take away HP to restore other poke HP)
    156 - +1 def, FAIL when +6, or more than 999), ingore by crit., X2 when after used
    ROLLOUT, and ICE BALL. Cannot be BATON PASSED
    155 - FLY, BOUNCE!: 30 para.
    154 - Beat up
    153 - TELEPORT (FAIL: WARP; WHIRLPOOL, SHADOW TAG, AND TRAINER BATTLE).
    teleports out of dungeons, ect. to healing spots.
    152 - THUNDER, double to bounce (155). 100% when rain dance, 50 sunny day, 30% para,
    NO paras by sub
    151 - SOLARBEAM, sunny day only 1 turn. 1/2 damage by rain, sandstorn, hail)
    150 - 30% flinch, X2 target minimized (same as 31)
    149 - ???????????????????????????????????????????????????
    148 - DOOM DESIRE!!!, like future sight (take account sp att, sp def when selected,
    and prepared, IGNORES immune, weakness, resistance, STAB, NO crit hit)
    CAN HIT through: WONDER GUARD, ( and hit PROTECT, DETECT, NO when first used),
    can knock out with ENDURE, cannot stack and target mult. times
    147 - ???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
    146 - Twister: flinch 20%. Like gust it will do double when in arial stage of bounce,
    and fly.
    145 - skull bash, one turn selected it will raise def by one (def +1 when selected)
    144 - Mirror Coat: like counter but in sp.
    143 - Psych UP: All stats changes (negative and posetive) will be copied.
    142 - BELLY DRUM ( 50% HP lost BUT att is to: +6 att gained), fail when user less
    then 50% HP

    140 - Ancient Power
    139 - Metal claw. 10% att +1 (you)
    138 - Def +1 (own)
    137 - Sunny Day
    136 - Rain Dance
    135 - Hidden Power

    130 - ALLWAYS 20 damage (immune to ghost when normal)
    129 - RAPID SPIN (spikes go away, wrap, bind, ect too)
    128 - PURSUIT
    127 - BATON PASS
    126 - Magnitude: Adverage Base Power: 71. (double when opp uses dig)
    Magnitude Power Probability
    4 10 5%
    5 30 10%
    6 50 20%
    7 70 30%
    8 90 20%
    9 110 10%
    10 150 5%
    125 - FLAME WHEEL, SACRED FIRE 10% burn and will unfreeze (thaw) poke1
    124 - Safeguard: no status condition for 5 turn can be caused excpet for special
    abilities, held items, self inflicted statuses. (NO block Yawn if allready used).
    123 - FRUSTRATION: Same as Return (121) but with less happy = more base power.
    122 - Present: Heal foe 80 HP OR damage with base power 40 OR 80 OR 120.
    121 - Return: Base power is 0 - 102. More happy = more base power.
    120 - ATTRACT: Works only on opposite sex. Opp. becomes influcuated (NO: SAME gender
    no gender ones. Except MEW can ONLY attract other sexless ones).
    119 - FURRY CUTTER: each time used power doubles (misses or switch out who uses it
    then reset) (after 5 turns, power wil remain same (max is BASE POWER * 16))
    118 - Swagger: raise opp. att by 2 (+2) and confuses it. when allready confus then
    just increase att by 2 (+2). OWN TEMPO will just raise att by 2 (+2), can not be
    confused
    117 - ROLLOUT: 2-5 hits, Doubling power each time for succesive hit. Defense curl makes
    it double the power when used by poke previouslt and not switched out.
    116 - ENDURE: will not faint for a full turn. 50% less each time used in succesion.
    115 - SANDSTORM! 5 turns, clears any weather effect, 1/16 to all poke ECXEPT:
    Steel, Ground, Rock BUT not when doing DIG. SAND STREAM cause Sandstorm
    SAND VEIL (1+ evasion (25%), immune to it). MOONLIGHT, MORNING SUN restores
    ONLY 1/4. DIVE will not be hit. WEATHER BALL will be rock type.
    114 - Perish Song: Both poke will defeat in 3 turns (NO: SOUNDPROOF BUT still in effect
    (by both (either with Soundproof or not) when poke batton passed).
    113 - FORESIGHT: Normal, Fighting can damage Ghost, bring evans to 0
    112 - ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
    111 - PROTECT, DETECT (50% decrease the succesion when consequvetly, no with
    weather, status alliments (obtained last turn), PERISH SONG)

    109 - CURSE, (no ghost, +1 at, def, -1 sp (FAIL when not target)),
    (ghost, 50% HP LOSS, 1/4 loss opp (can faint while using it))
    108 - Minimize (recieve double damage for STOMP, +1 evasion, fails when allready 6+)
    107 - NIGHTMARE (works only when opp sleep (reduce 1/4 every turn)
    effect ONLY continue when put to sleep same turn
    106 - SPIDER WEB, MEAN LOOK (opp can not escape (batton pass can but will cary),
    can only escape when opp has RUN AWAY.
    105 - COVET, THIEF, steels item (no for mail, when opp. uses on you, you hold item,
    opp. no item, NO STICKY HOLD)
    104 - Triple kick, inflicts damage 3 times in a turn, base power of each succesive hit
    increases by 10 (?, maybe double),
    (each has own accuracy check and when miss then end turn)
    103 - QUICK ATTACK, MACH PUNCH
    102 - Heal bell: NO with SOUNDPROOF. Double battle teamates and your own party
    (own poke) are cured of sleep, poisen, para, freeze, burn.
    101 - False Swipe: Can not go below 1 HP (will break sub and not leave decoy with 1 HP)
    100 - SPITE (last opp move reduced 2-5 PP)
    99 - FLAIL, REVERSAL (Lower your HP, stronger base power)
    98 - DESTINY BOND: Defeats opp. by direct attack (NO to end turn like Leach seed,
    Future sight). Double, one who is affected will knock out (who does the knocking out
    since both are selected (partner does NOT count))
    97 - Sleep Talk: Only when user asleep then select randomly 1 move that your poke
    knows and execute it (other than Sleep Talk, Assist, Bide, Bounce, Dig, Dive, Fly,
    Focus Punch, Metronome, Mirror Move, Skull Bash, Sky Attack, SolarBeam, Razor Wind,
    or Uproar).
    96 - ??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
    95 - SKETCH, (can not sketch struggle (only move)
    94 - MIND READER, LOCK-ON (next attack will not miss even when fly, dig, ect.)
    BUT will/can when switched out, opp uses DETECT, PROTECT

    92 - SNORE, only works when sleep, 30% flinch
    91 - Pain Split.
    90 - ENCORE (4-8 turns)
    89 - COUNTER (no for sub)
    88 - PSYWAVE, typless damge, NO dark (IMMUNITIES), 0.5-1.5 times (user level) = attack
    (X + 5) × (User's level / 10) (X is 0-10 (at LEAST 1 damage (1 HP))
    87 - damage=level (NO for immune and get NO STAB)
    86 - DISABLE, (1-8 turns, rage build up when disable failed (81))
    85 - SPLASH
    84 - LEECH SEED (double battle (only one who uses it gets healed, 1/8 gained,
    129 (rapid spin) lost leech seed, NO grass!. toxic plus this then increase more)
    83 - METRONOME, will allways use NORMAL PRIOITY, (FAIL MOVES: Assist, Counter, Covet,
    Destiny Bond, Endure, Focus punch, Helping hand, follow me, mimic, mirrow move,

    77 - 20% poisen (NO With steele, poisen types, substition, and major status elemetns),
    twice per turn, bide,counter only count 1 hit.

    28 - whirlwind, roar
    27 - 2-3 turns (randomly chosen), can't switch out while using it, after confused
    only when fully excuted
    26 - BIDE (stores for 2-3 turns (chosen randomly) (NO stab and no hit ghost (immunity)
    BUT can attack while opp are dig, fly) not affected with evasion, accuracy.
    sleep, flinch, freeze will pause ONLY. ... (something about last turn
    attack and calculations)
    25 - Haze, affects all poke on field on double?, resets all stat levels to 0.
    24 - Sweet scent: evasion of opp lower by 1 (opp evas -1)
