Since it has been so long since I've actively worked on this, I have no idea when I'll be able to get back to working on it. I don't remember where I was at when I last left it, and I don't remember most of the tools of the trade that I've learned over the course of my hack. This will remain as it is until I can devote much of my time getting into hacking again. I'm sorry for anyone who's actively been watching my progress and downloading my pre-releases.
Many years after FR/LG take place, some mysterious weather has introduced unforeseen mutations in certain Pokemon. As a result, new properties have been seen in those Pokemon.

Un-breedable Pokemon now have egg groups assigned, allowing for lower level versions.
This includes Legendary Pokemon and other Pokemon with no egg groups, although most applicable Pokemon are genderless.
Baby Pokemon are excluded as they are a special case and should be treated as such.
Genderless Pokemon will require a Ditto to be caught.
Mew, Celebi, and Jirachi will take 40 egg cycles. (The highest amount available for average Gen 3 Pokemon.)
Articuno, Zapdos, Moltres, Raikou, Entei, Suicune, Regirock, Regice, and Registeel will take 50 egg cycles.
Latias and Latios will take 55 egg cycles.
Ho-Oh, Lugia, Kyogre, and Groudon will take 60 egg cycles.

Major evolution alterations
Pokemon requiring to be traded now require a Link Cable.
Pokemon requiring an item while trading will require a Cable based on the item needed.
Eevee now uses a Moon Stone or Sun Stone to evolve into Umbreon or Espeon respectively.
Feebas will evolve into Milotic at level 30.
A new vendor in the Celadon Dept. store sells trade Cables.
Event items are found in Celadon City inside Pokeballs. - May move somewhere less out-in-the-open.
Celadon city now has wild Pokemon in a new area of grass behind the buildings that has many rare/baby Pokemon.
Many Pokemon with only one ability now have two.
Mostly, a Pokemon will have the same ability for both slots, then split for an evolution.
Pokemon - Ability 1 - Ability 1
Evolution - Ability 1 - Ability 2
Or, if an evolution changes the ability completely, the base Pokemon's ability will carry over or be both slots, then stay the same or become the evolution's ability upon evolving.
Pokemon - Original Ability - Evolution's Ability | Pokemon - Original Ability - Original Ability
Evolution - Pre-Evolution's Ability - Original Ability | Evolution - Original Ability - Pre-Evolution's Ability

Pokemon with a catch rate lower than 45, are now set to 45.

Softboiled replaces Dive as the Unavailable HM 08.
HM 08 will be found in the Rocket Warehouse on Five Island.

Routes after Viridian city will have wild Pokemon changes to include Johto, Hoenn, and New Pokemon.
New Trainers to show off the new types.
Many new moves that utilize the new types.*
Some Gen 4-6 moves will be added if their effects are already in Gen 3.*
Will use animations from other moves that resemble what the move is.
All starters will receive a new move similar to that of Scratch, Tackle, and Pound at level 5.*
Dialogue updates and changes to many NPCs.
Trainer and Gym leader team updates to include Gen 2, 3, and new Pokemon. With some Gym Leaders possibly using a new type (Giovanni I'm looking at you).
The breed moves table will be extended greatly with most Pokemon being able to inherit many more moves.
If the Pokemon was able to learn the move through breeding, before or after Generation 3, they will be able to learn the move through breeding.
If the Pokemon, or evolution of that Pokemon, was given the move from an event, before, during, or after Generation 3, they will be able to learn the move by breeding.
New Safari Zone areas with a whole new selection of Pokemon to get.
Many Gen 4, 5, and 6 abilities will be added.*
If they require a simple script and hex edit, they will be included.
During implementation, I might include new abilities.
That will only happen if it is easy to add on.
I may update the old Pokemon sprites using a sprite resource available here at PC.
Possible implementation of wild double battles.
Possible swarming Pokemon.
Items marked with a * may not happen due to unforeseen malfunctions.
-Pending Features - These all may not be implemented if I do not get the knowledge or help to make these.
New Routes and Cities with Pseudo-Gyms.
-Moving between different layers may cause a slight change in framerate. I do not know when this started and the cause, or if it always happens.
-When looking at TMs and HMs, the Type, Power, Accuracy, and PP are shown as the Fairy, Bird, Light, and Chaos type icons. -This is minimal and doesn't seem to me like it needs fixing unless I find a tutorial to change it.
-TMs with moves that had their types changed have glitched palettes. I probably won't fix this unless there is a tutorial.
-Due to giving the National Dex early on, the player will have to progress through the second set of Sevii Islands before battling the Indigo League. I will be working on fixing this

AkameTheBulbasaur for help getting the -ate abilities to work.
The Pokemon have been expanded but Mega Gyarados and Gengar is (almost) fully implemented. Some other new Pokemon can be found.
Both mega stones can now be found in Celadon City instead of the event items.
The egg move table is increased. Many Pokemon can inherit more moves. It is not finished as I haven't added the rest of the fakemon.
The second evolution, starter Pokemon have new abilities similar to Pixilate for their main types in their second ability slot. Some other Pokemon also have abilities like those.
I think there's a little more I should say about this update but I've done too much to remember everything.
I may have made a mistake when creating the Nidoran shiny event. If you get Nidoran M to be the shiny Pokemon, please pm me. (90% of the time I get a female.)
There is a way to get the starter to be shiny.
There is a bug with the Game Corner. The multi-choice box that is shown when buying coins is messed up. This is fixed for next release, for now avoid buying coins or fix it with a tool or manually.
XSE has been screwing with my text and caused more bytes to be lost. I believe I have fixed the messed up bytes.
I am possibly looking for a scripter, an ASM'er, a cry creator, or a beta tester. I don't do very good with creating elaborate scripts and I don't have the knowledge to do ASM, but have little projects in mind that may require some ASM. I don't need to create cries for my fakemon but it could make the game more polished. I'm also looking for a beta tester to go and check basically everything out to make sure there isn't something major happening that could ultimately halt all progress made with this hack. PM if interested.
Want to be a help to me without joining my team? Then please fill out these forms to help me make decisions on what to choose/how to name.
Go to this survey to help decide which mega evolution will fill the last spot.
Go to this survey to give naming ideas to abilities similar to Pixilate, Aerilate, and Refrigerate for the other types.
-I have allowed the responses to be seen by other people to give other people the ability to pick names already given to increase the likelihood they will be picked.
Go to this survey to give naming ideas to abilities similar to Swarm, Blaze, Torrent, and Overgrow.
-There have been troubles with trying to implement these and may not happen. You can still help give ideas to these.
Ok so. If any of you have been wondering, I still am working on this. Fixing those pesky missing letters and doing a little here and there. I have redesigned Starter Cave a little bit to make it look less..... unnatural. Version 0.2.1 will be uploaded in a couple days. Along with me doing a new set of screenshots. Also, with the help of my mapper, I'll be making a new cave to allow the legendary beasts to be caught.
Here's a couple ideas of mine I'd like to shoot out there to see if I should actually make them.
-Using JPAN's ball changer code to make an NPC event that changes one of your Pokemon's ball type to the Luxury Ball. Useful if you want to quickly evolve a Pokemon through friendship. I've wanted something like this since the Luxury Ball came out. Would require a lot of work to get it right, so I just need to know if other people would really want it.
-I got the idea from Pokemon Maize to create special in-game events using some value in-game. Just like Maize I was going to use the trainer ID and then do a couple math calculations and then the player would need to input some characters or a number to get the event item or (like Maize) an event Pokemon. This would require more work than the luxury ball changer and I'm not sure how to end up having the player input a number to match the number given.
So if you would really like to see one of these in the game, don't hesitate to say so.
Also, don't miss out on the last Mega Evolution being added to the game. If you don't want to pick one from Gen 1, don't choose a Pokemon and you will be brought to the next question if you select next (or continue, can't remember which it is). Kangaskhan and Pidgeot are tied with the most votes so far. Survey will end at the latest possible time to get the most possible votes.
