Notch-eared Pichu (GIZAMIMI 8D) and Pikachu-colored Pichu.

Just out of curiosity, though, how does Drifloon count? I don't ever recall Drifloon liking Perfect Apples unless this is a PMD3 thing XD

If you put that into consideration, Cherii would be the third place winner. But Idk *shrugs*
