How do I edit the Pickup item pool in FireRed?

hi I have a question I want to edit the items obtained by pick up to make poke balls almost only obtainable through it, of does anyone have any tool to edit the items picked up by pickup or how to edit them

Hi Stannis, I moved your thread to ROM Hacking Help, because Tools, Tutorials & Resources is for posting the tools and/or tutorials you've made, not asking for them. :)
