Issue: Cannot manage attachments for old post

Hi!
I wanted to upload an updated patch with a few bugfixes for a ROM hack I've worked on in the past, but I can't get the "manage attachments" dropdown to appear when editing the post.
It does however show up when I try to create a new thread. Does someone know why this could be the case?

An oversight caused this. I've gone and fixed it.
