Sorry for the bad english, I'm Mexican.
May 09 at 10:00 PM México Time, GTS Central (-6:00) this topic is going to be updated with gameplay video and screenshots:
Story: Some important changes added.
GYM Leaders: Their GYM team is going to be 6 level 20 pokémon.
Gameplay:: New gameplay wideo with gender selection, npc dialogs, walk/run/roll/bicicle, pause menu, back-pack with inventary and items; and if i have enough time, getting a starter with unique stats, and battle testing.
Pokémon: All pokémon added till sixth. Silveon would be the female Light Eeveelution. All element eeveelutions will be added. Fairy will transform in Light Type. 15 fakemon with mega evolution.
Mega Evolutions: All actual mega evolutions plus:
Mega Evolution Z: The ultimate mega evolution, just level 50 pokémon or higher could use it. Requieres friendship at max points and every time it's used the friendship goes down to 0.
Map: All six generations regions. 2 new regions.
Levels: There used to be a level limit of 255, but I decided that it will not be so, I will make a new experience formula, so, the pokémon needed 2 times more experience to level 100 and recive half of experience by defeating other pokémons, which mean that when you have a level 100 oficial pokémon, you will be level 25 in Emerald Z. To do this as less tedious as posible, the stats will also be developed quickly and movements will be learned earlyer, making a pokemon level 25 is stronger than a level 100 real pokemon.
Moves: New moves.
No more updates: If Game Freak make a new pokémon version before Emerald is finished, anything would be added to this game.

Pokémon Emerald Z or Emerald 2 is a 3D pryect where i'm trying to remake Hoenn's adventures and renew the story. This is not exactly a remake, is more like a "What if..." where the story is diferent and with some new pokémon, a new rival rival, toughest gym's and bigger maps.
The world is not as perfect as it "should" be, human's cruelty sometimes is extreme, and with madness... could be catastrophic for one and the loved people.
Hoenn, 2039 a.A. (after Arceus), 2 criminal societies ended with a lot of human and pokémon lifes, and they are finally here, in Hoenn.
Hoenn is a tropical pacefuly archipelago who has joined the Pokémon league at 1990 a.A.
Each 10 years, the regions of the Pokémon league celebrates a competition to select the "Champion" of the region, and, as the 50 aniversary of Hoenn as a member of the league, the Gym leaders has a lot of thinks to do.
The actual Champion, Máximo Peñas, had been summoned by the Pokémon council like every single year to discuss the issue of the criminal organizations. At this meeting, they agreed not to allow any member of any of those organizations to be part of the Pokémon league after the Giovani's incidents 10 years ago.
*Note: There says "The grand championship 2040 -50 Hoenn's anniversary*
As 50 aniversary of the Hoenn's league, there are some events:
Bettle Frontier: An island located at the southeast of Hoenn, has a great citadel known as the battlefront. All trainers who have reached the Pokémon league, regardless of overcoming the elite 4 or not, get a boat ticket to go to this island. It has 20 houses for the entrants to the league, a special shop, Advanced Pokémon center, seven arenas, seven aces Front, a goal and 20 competitors.
Differences between emerald and emerald Z/2"
Each arena has a lot of puzzles to solve to get to the front Ace.
It will be a day for each arena, so it will be a week of events.
Only those who can defeat the ace, the others could stay at the island but they will lose the benefits of "Fighter Premier".
Only 20 trainers at the island, which are referred as "Fighter Premier".
As "Fighter Premier" you get discounts of 50% in any store of the region, access to exclusive product catalog, free pokemon center and have the privilege to participate in the 7 events the battlefront.
Front Aces are former members of the Pokémon League.

Olympus Tower: This is the equivalent at the Trainer Hill in Emerald. Unlike the Trainer Hill, the rules are somewhat different:
World Race: A great hotel called "Rest Tower" located in what would be Oromar town in pokemon emerald. There are activities called "World Race" which consist of different types of test to prove your's pokémon speed skills:
The most fashionable pokémon: An event organized at the Mauville City's casino at every Sunday, where you must dress up your Pokemon to win the love of all on the gangway. The winner will get prizes as Fashion as his Pokémon.
Battle tent: The same as emerald ones.
Battle Royal: Wednesday at rout 111 would be a event named "Battle Royal" where you must fight with the most possible number of wild pokémon at desert before time's end. The winer gets a special pokéball that is like a masterball with earth and fire tipe pokémon (Does not aply with legendary pokémon).
With the blood of his family in his hands, a 17 year old teenager with a split personality travels to the Hoenn region, where he meets his opponent.
Javier J. Rilette self-named "Zero" is a youth from Kanto, from Lavender town, sufered from a split personality disorder. His real personality was a very nice guy, gentle and intelligent, but, after first visiting the Pokemon tower, he began to generate a split personality, and with just seven years old, he found a mysterious pokémon who called himself "your true friend" which aroused his second personality, and at one point, his second term personality took the place of the first, so, prompted by this pokémon kills his parents.
After killing his parents, this Pokemon becomes a pokeball telling him to defeat the pokemon league. Following the instructions of his "true friend" found Gary Oak and fought a battle between this mystery pokémon and Gary's Ratticate, fight in which the Ratticate died. After this event, the police began to pursue Zero, think that made him unable to get the 8th and last medal that he needed to challenge the Elite Four.
Durante 10 años viajo a lo largo del mundo con la policía detrás, hasta finalmente llegar a hoenn, donde tras el olvido de la policía y de sus crímenes, pudo participar en la liga pokémon. Rápidamente obtuvo las 8 medallas, pero el alto mando aún no terminaba de preparar los eventos y decidió ir al Monte Pírico donde su misterioso pokémon evoluciono.
For 10 years he traveled throughout the world with the police behind him, untill finally he got to Hoenn, where after the neglect of the police and their crimes, could participate in the Pokemon League tourney. He quickly got the 8 medals, but the high command has not finished preparing events and decided to go to MT. Pyre where his mysterious Pokémon evolved.
You meet with this character several times throughout the game, but do not fight because their pokemon are over level 200, which would be very problematic for you. In every encounter with him really talking to a mysterious pokeball calling it "Enigma".
*Note: There says "Principal features"
Every trainer, even the same class of trainer (Youth, girl, scolar, triatlet, etc) would be different, cause in 3D is very easy, just a little change to the expressions and textures and... in 5 mins looks like another character.
Pokédex doesn't register legendary pokémon cause they are supposed to don't exist.
New pokémon class, the unique pokémons, are even stranger than legendary pokémon cause they are not at books, or even rumors.
Some (A very few) pokémon have 3 elemental tipes (Eg: Beedrill would be bug/poison/fly).
New elemental type: Light.
New pokémon:
Very big maps.
If you are male, will start as in the normal pokémon trainer at emerald, but if you select female would start at the britch's lab and then go to your house, where you meat the male character.
Could buy houses (8 that you could buy, and your mom's house and the Battle frontier's house, they are 10) and re-decorate as you like.
3 shop styles:
Generic shop: As any in the other games.
Pokémon center shop: As in BW. There are only curative products, and are cheaper than in generic shops.
Super Shop: Great comercial buildings; in there you can finde things for the re-decoration, trphey bases, transports, etc.
3 tipes of pokémon center:
Pokémon center will charge their service (They are hospitals, not communitary service).
The HM would disapear:
The tm would be as in 5 gen.
3 rivals: Wally, The male/female character (depending on who you choose to be) and Zero.
Later Rival: Zero would be a "Later rival" cause you i'll become his rival after the story is very advanced, but you'll never become friends.
Dinamic texts; this means, when you speack with someone he'll say "X" thing, if you try to speak he will make you a question: "Must i repeat what i said?" if you say no, the conversation end. If you try it 5 times, he'll say "Stop bothering", and if you try to talk him again, he will just ignore you.
Training trainers; this means that each time you beat a gym, could fight again the trainers you alredy beatten before, and will be srtonger.
Ace Trainers, they dont accept your challenge if you dont satisfy certain requirements.

The bag has a digital storing system to save your items, but it has a limit of storage.
TECH-3D Is a company who developes pokémon technology:
Every GYM is different.
Every GYM will have a zone for spectators, so they'll see the pokémon battles.
Instead from the GYM trainers, there will be another trainers that would make anything to beat the gym, if you beat them, they will get put of the gym and wait at the entrance of the gym.
GYM leaders will have 2 pokémon teams, one for the gym challengers, and another for the real battles.
Max level is 250.

- Could use 6 pokémon any pokémon at any level.
- Los Pokémon no recuperarán sus puntos de salud, PP ni volverán a estado normal si sufren un cambio de estado (ej: envenenamiento, parálisis...).
- The Pokémon would not recover health points, PP or return to normal if they suffer a changes of state (poisoning, paralysis ...).
- El nivel de los Pokémon rivales será variado según tu cantidad de medallas; en caso de ser campeón, serán completamente aleatorios los niveles de los entrenadores, por lo que pueden ir desde nivel 100 a 250.
- The level of the opponent's Pokémon will be varied according to your number of medals, in case of being champion, will be completely random levels, so it can range from 100-250 level.

- Racing: Chose a your quicklyest Pokémon with legs or similar limbs (So pokémons like Gyarados or Lapras could not participate). The race will be at a circuit at the beach. The winner will get a trophy and the pokémon will get a medal.
- Aquatic race: you would choose a quick watter-tipe pokémon which knows the HM surf. You must go from the beach to an island where a great trphy behind a shiny medal is awaiting.
- Air Race: Chose your best fliying-tipe Pokémon with the HM "Fly". You should fly over the route 132, 133 and 134 till you arrive Slateport city, where you must get into the lighthouse's top, where a staff member of the hotel is waiting with a surprise.

- Anelin: Is a rare pokémon. Is Light/Fly. Looks like a little boy with wings and aureole.
- Anglor: Anelin's evolution. His name is from angel and gladiator. Has a male-strong human look. He has daggers by arms and has no face. Has wings and y aureole, which can use as a boomerang. Light/Fly/Fight.
- Deus: Anglor's evolution. His name is from God at latin. Light/fly/psiquic tipe pokémon. Has a long beard and bushy eyebrows. Has double wings and a aureole almost invisible. Lost melee battle skills, but got a better psíquic power. *Note: When he evolves, loses the fight-tipe atack.* *Note 2: His melee atack gots reduced at evolve, but got a lot of special atack.*

- All Pokemon in the game with water tipe can learn to surf for battles, but in this game will surf without having to learn a move. For surfing you will need a license to surf.

- Any pokémon with wings can fly, but to fly with the player, the pokémon must be bigger than the trainer. Same as surf, you need a fly licence.
- Any pokémon with any fight tipe atack could breack rocks.
- Any pokémon with high "atack" cud push big rocks.
- To dive you'd recibe a "Diving Kit" and have a limited time under watter.
- To climb a waterfall your pokémon must know the "waterfall" move, but it will be TM and could be forgotten.
The tm would be as in 5 gen.

- Pokémon Net: It's to catch bug-tipe pokémon without combat. Automatically one pokéball would be used.
- PokéNav-PRO: As the pokénav but with videochat and you can register any one you want.
