Well found a problem and I think its my computer I don't remember the message completely but when I extracted everything into its own folder it said like RPG Maker VX Ace is needed to run do u have a download for that maybe cause even from all the games ive played ive never come across it and I really want to play and help you out :)

Did this happen when you clicked the Game.exe file? Or immediately after you extracted the folder?

Edit: You might need the RunTimePackage. It'll be a much larger file, but I can compress that quickly and upload it.
If I understand it correctly, the RTP will let you play any VX Ace games.

when I pressed game.exe brought up the black screen and the evil message appeared just let me know what I have to do and ill do it step by step may be easiest lol ;)

If you download that it should have everything you need now, so you can just click the .exe and it should work fine.

also explains it, as well as has its own RunTimePackage for playing all the RPG Maker games.
(I think this is fine to post here, since it's official.)
It is probably smaller as well, so it may be faster.

Sweet. Glad everything is working well now.

Ok so i got the game working it has a little lag but it might be my computer also dont u think some 4th gen sprites in a 3rd gen world make it weird? Wouldnt it be better to convert it all to 4th gen sprites or nah? Also so far i really like the game its got some challenge to it but i like that a lot and ive already got the battle system down. I'll let u know if any other issues come to hand

I honestly can't tell the difference between 3rd and 4th gen sprites. Was there a particular spot you noticed it?

Now that I've actually played this game, got to say you've handled things pretty well. Some things like not being able to run from wild battles bug me, but other than that it's pretty good. You should be aware though that fighting in the Pokemon Tower using Rattata's ability, creates some kind of script error on line 81 of Script Windows? At least for mine it did. And I dunno if it's because I turned on unnecessary switches or what, but it seems kind of random having that old man appear in Saffron City. If the guy from Lavender Town wasn't Maxx, then who was he?

New glitch first when u exit the underground path its glitchy and doesn't show the players head also when u first go into lavender town and the guy walks around and turns say "its a ghost town" if u just go inside the house instead of talking to him the event goes on and when u go back outside theres 2 of them and the game freezes and u gotta restart so that's a biggie.

Also I battled using rattata in the tower and got some error idk if it was just a random fluke or wat but ill check it out again :)

Didn't even look above haha no its just all the player sprites like red and the other characters are all 4th gen and the cities and towns are all 3rd

Also what do I do when I catch up to mr fugi and tht guy in pokemon tower I kinda forget :/

If you press the cancel button you should have the option of fleeing.
It unpauses everything though, so the enemy will probably get an attack in.

Using Bite on the wild Gastly causes an error?
Hmm... I tried to recreate it, but couldn't. I'll keep looking into it.

Yeah, that part isn't polished, but I needed to patch so people could get out of the Casino. So, extra, unfinished content. :D

Fixed the underground path thing
And still trying to recreate the Rattata error but it's good to know two ppl got it.

You shouldn't be able to get in Fuji's house without talking to Maxx, the guy hanging around outside.
I'll try and make that more impossible.

You mean the flower-haiku puzzle? On the 6th floor, to keep progressing, you have to match the right flower to the right grave.

ok got it now in mansion smooth sailing so far :)

Pokémon Mansion glitch can walk into plant and wall also where floor disappears u don't fall

So glad I noticed this thread today~ Team Rocket themed games/hacks are my favorite. :3

It was a lot of fun to play, and the puzzles were really great. It took me ages to figure out the word puzzle at the closed door in the mansion, but once I managed to get what it said, the actual answer was easy. I think you did a good job of balancing out the difficulty of the puzzles. They're definitely a challenge, but you can figure them out if you work at it enough.

I did manage to get stuck in a trainer battle at one point. (Mostly my own fault though. *cough*)

Apart from a couple of oddities (standing at the bottom of the pillars at the entrance of the mansion makes you appear under their bases, and you can walk over the sign at the entrance of Saffron) I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary that wasn't already mentioned.

Good luck on this, and I hope you manage to finish it. The world needs more Team Rocket!
