**Ashleys poetry!**

well, since i have a long way to go on posting id better start now =)(warning, most of these poems arent from this year XD)
Empty WaterBottle (age ten)

youre done with your work,
Youre dying of thirst,
And you Waterbottle is empty.

Youre glued to your seat,
101 Is the heat,
And you feel like youve been beat.

Youre sweating, im betting.
Frying, not denying,
and your water bottle is-- "wait! thats not your water bottle!Yours is on the floor!" your friend says as you lay dead by the door.

my name is charcoal
i like to play farkle
and people say i sparkle.
but what they dont know
is that im their foe,
for i listen in
on things i shouldnt know.
my best friend the pheonix,
cant do his phonics,
my other friend the unicorn,
wears a false horn.
making fun is not nice.
myself? i have lice.

Umm... Wow. That's not necessarily a bad 'wow'. Your student/teacher poem made me giggle. Empty Waterbottle is... alright. I like that one. But Untitled... that one doesn't flow. Well, sorry, but I don't think any of them flow. They don't have to rhyme, they just need to have a beat to them, I suppose. I usually have some sort of rythem beat to my poetry, I'm not saying yours is bad because it doesn't have it... Doi >_>

i like rhyming ^^ i just cant remember any of the poems ive done recently.

it is nice, its better than i could ever do either. i am a poet, but when i was ten i was not XD keep it up and you will get better.
