Does anyone remember? Hydrofire?

It was about nine years ago: I was browsing google-images when suddenly a wild fake Pokemon card appeared, named Hydrofire. It was this dark tank thing with a two canons on its back, with big eyes.
Ever since then i've tried to find it again yet i've always failed.
But am I the only one to have seen this card?
