[Battle] Change/Add abilities gen 4 (platinum)?

Does anybody know how to add new abilities in gen 4 roms? I only found guides about gen 3 here.. And if that's not possible, is it at least possible to change existing abilities?
I'm doing some research myself currently, maybe I can figure it out in which file it's stored.
If anyone knows something please share it here, very much appreciated
