[ASM & Hex] Obey deoxys

Hi y'all, i just caught a deoxys in a different place other than birth island, and it wont obey. I know how to to make mew obey and i know theres a similar way to make deoxys obey using hex editing, but i cant find the byte 97 that i need to change to 00 at the offset...does anyone know how to make a deoxys outside of birth island obey?

I seem to have figured it out, thanks guys...i will post for anyone who is wondering themselves...

To make mew obey, change byte at
0x1d402 from 97 to 00

To make deoxys obey, change byte at
0x1d3ec from CD to 00

Nobody ever said the byte at the deoxys offset was CD, thats why i was looking for a 97 and its nowhere in sight, ugh...no wonder...bye!
