Welp, my glasses just broke. I was washig them and the frame just fell apart. I've had them for two years, and now I'm gonna have to get some new ones this Friday. :\

You're probably on a skin in which the scrollbar isn't implemented. Go to the v4 Default Skin or least the skin I'm using (The Stand Nexus) and you should see one.

32. Still waiting for the next volumes of Naruto and KissXSis right now. That, and Serebii's really declined in quality when it comes to their POTW segment.
