Do you think Trainer Ai Pokemon have natures are ev trained, etc?

Been wondering if people think that Trainer Ai controlled Pokemon have natures assigned to them or not. I think they do, obviously. Since we can't view the stats of other trainer's Pokemon (without cheating I guess idk but let's not get into that) we can only speculate, though.

I do think more powerful trainer ai Pokemon have been "ev trained" like Cynthia's Pokemon, for example, but I will not speak on IVs. I don't care about that, to be honest.

I've felt like they do not have EV's, since I've outspeeded NPC's in instances where it seems I absolutely should not.

Also even on the same level I feel drastically stronger than the NPC's for some reason, even when i'm not going for type advantage.

They probably do at least have natures! I used to have a game shark that let me do things like catch trainers' Pokémon during the DPPt days, but can't remember much about them. I wonder if their natures/stats reroll with each attempt/battle against the trainer like wild encounters?

In Gen 4 games onwards, pretty sure at least a few important late game trainers have EVs, but I think regular trainers unfortunatelly never do.

In Gen 1-2, and 3 I asume, I don't think any trainer has EVs period. It's awfully noticeable by the end of GSC games where in Kanto post-game you can outpower Pokémon that are 20 levels above yours. Even worse because it wasn't just EVs but also the badge boosts that were ridiculous.

i was always under the impression that only post-game trainers have their pokemon EV-trained (like, in battle facilities). regular trainers, perhaps not so much. maybe they have their pokemon at a beneficial nature at most, but likely not EV trained.

Found a list for Moon.

Spoiler: Loooooong List

Short version: Lots of Serious natures. Gave 31 and 15 IVs to major trainers, as well as full EVs, as early as Ilima. Sees 15 IVs across the board for some trainers around levels 15-20. Decked out route bosses.

Improves Hau's team over time.
- Melemele Island: 15 IVs
- Akala Island: 252 EVs in one stat.
- Ula'ula Island: One 31 IV on everyone. Full EVs for Raichu.
- Aether Paradise: Drops one of Raichu's 252 EVs.
- Before Elite Four: Full EVs for everyone. Still Serious nature.
