Yes, you can make clubs based around a certain Pokemon evolution line like Droomph's Treecko Family club.

The Oshawott line is the worst thing I ever saw in Pokemon. It was a dumb idea. I know you can make a Club, but the idea is pointless. The Oshawott line doesn't even DESERVE to exist!
