Probably the whole fact that black people eat chicken and waffles.

Unsure about the watermelon, but for chicken it's because it was a reletively simple animal to raise. When the slaves were freed, they didn't have a whole lot of resources. A lot of them turned to farming. Chickens were common since they were, compared to other animals, cheap and easy to raise.

About the cows : In the provincial states of where i live, cows are abundant. It is weird for someone not to have one.

Slender is right.
Beef, horse meat, human meat. It's all the same, really.

It's more about finding stuff in their food that isn't supposed to be their.

Speaking of which, I hate it when I find hairs in my food whenever I get fast food. Grosses me out so much...

Horse meat as cow meat.
