Hey guys, if anyone can help me out with a ditto that has perfect, or near-perfect IV's, I'd really appreciate it. I don't have much to offer in return as of yet, seeing as I only purchased the game this week. I'm planning to try and get back into the competitive scene and as such I'll need a good IV ditto to speed up the process.
