Issue: PC Discord Issue

It says I have to "claim my account before it's gone" How do I do that because I know I put the right email and password. I only logged out once and now it's giving me this problem. Help?

I did a quick Google search and the only thing I have found that may be the issue is: have you confirmed your email address? It might be better to ask this question to the Discord support which you can find here.

Claim your account = confirm your email address. It does explain that if you click on the notice.
