3rd Gen Best team to grind Elite Four in Emerald?

Title is self explanatory.

Completing the living dex, and going through Emerald at the moment, I just wonder if there is any kind of team of 3 or 4 pokemon that could go through the elite four (2 or 3 slots for leveling up pokemon through exp share)

It's easy to solo whole E4 with most Pokémon on level 100 with right movesets. Obvious answer is Rayquaza as it's the strongest Pokémon (stat-wise) in Emerald. For a moveset I would recommend Outrage, Thunderbolt, Flamethrower and Brick Break. Outrage is for Drake and strong neutral hits, Thunderbolt and Flamethrower for Glacia as she can be hard to beat, Brick Break and Flamethrower for Sidney. Wallace could also be hard to beat, because few of his Pokémon have Ice-Type moves, but Thunderbolt and Outrage should do the job.

If you don't want to use Rayquaza, I would say team made of your starter and combination of Walrein/Hariyama/Electrode/Camerupt/Ludicolo, depending on your starter and moves.
