HELP with EZ FlashCard IV Micro SD

I've bought an EZ Flash CardIV MicroSD.

I've patch the Hack "Pokemon Adventures Red" from this site to a Fire Red rom, the I've put it in the flash card to play, when I try to run it, the system says "PSRAM is not enough" so I've read I've to load it in the NOR by pressing select + A, when the loading is finished, the Rom is not where is supposed to be (under the system folder).

I tried to download the latest firmware but nothing seem to work.
can anyone help me out please?

I thought that since it has to do with a "different device" than the usual, it would be ok in the videogame section.
