playing tcgo with some basic decks, n a few that i luckily got. any good addition? well jst make it in budget since im new n its kind of slow for me to collecting those point;-;

I would say get a Blastoise with an Deluge.

He can be found in:
Pokemon Card Game Boundaries Crossed (BW7) ICE SHOCK Theme Deck BLACK Kyurem
Plasma Blast Solar Strike Theme Deck

Blastoise gives you the ability to play as many water energy cards from your hand as possible.

Get rid of the Seismitoad line for the Blastoise line.
And get rid of rollerskates for Shauna or Scrymore.

will try. ty. btw is the pyroar bòster good? i read something about hoping for tyanitar or something in reddit that cost around 3500point whats that about?

The Pyroar Box in the store does not fit what it looks like you're trying to do with this deck. The 3 cards you're guaranteed to get with it are geared toward Fire-type decks. The box contains 2 booster packs from the Flashfire set, which is heavily geared toward Fire types. It's worth it if you want to switch to a Fire-type deck, but with what you've got going right now, it would not help at all.

cant seem to find those theme at shop. is it booster or theme?

This Blastoise can found in these boosters:
Boundaries Cross
Plasma Blast
Plasma Storm

the boundaries cross theme deck is called Ice Shock theme deck.
The Plasma Blast Theme deck is called Solar Strike Theme Deck
