So I've decided to take a new approach in making wild Pokemon jump at the start of a battle just like how they do on the status screen (Fire Red). Can someone point me in the right direction to what makes this happen? I'm using the file pokemon_data.asm from the disassembly to guide me through this but I can only find some data ("anim_poke_1" seems to be partially responsible in that changing some of the values makes the Pokemon disappear altogether). Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
