Music site host needed

OK, I'm looking for a host for my music site. I've looked everywhere, but I couldn't find any public free ones, so I'm turning to you as private hosts. Basically, my site is just a music reviews site. What I'd need is:
-No popups.
-Allowed to run my own ads.
-PHP / mySQL.
-Preferably Perl/CGI, but not required.
-Possibly FrontPage extensions.
-At least 25MB space.
-At least 1GB bandwidth.
If anyone could help, I'd be much obliged. Thanks in advance.

well.. www.web1000.com doesn't allow these:

http://www.t35.com/ seems okay... but it has pop-ups...
http://www.deluxnetwork.com/pgs/plans.php has php but no free mySQL databases...

Hmmm, elixant.com is good if you're willing to pay...

I'll keep my eyes out for any more and let you know if I find some. ^^

OK, thanks. I kind of understand German anyway, this is my 5th year of taking it. BTW, it's not media, it doesn't have music to download (although I may put legal music there later). At the moment, it's just reviews ^^
