I want to know if I have a good Wi-Fi Pokemon team. I know it's not top-notch, but I would like to know what moves or what Pokemon I should switch out to make my team elite.

EVs and items would be cool, also these natures are pretty horrible. You should check out this page to see which stats each nature affects and build from there.

Definitely remove wing attack from your charizard.
