[Question] One script-related question.

Hi everyone, what i want to happen is that given an initial pokemon, that pokemon will always be in the first position of your team, i mean, it will be unswitchable with any other team member and it would also be impossible to move it into the pc, i have been looking through the script section but i dont really find anything, any hint or advice on how to do this (or part of this) will be greatly appreciated.
