Finished the Final League! Kind of sad since it seems like they won't be adding more to it, but you are allowed to keep raising Magikarp after and play the same league over and over. I'm just trying to max out all my berries now, about halfway there.

Yup! They all cap at 100 and it gets pretty expensive, but they're really worth it imo:
