Crazy Pokedex Entries thread

Here are some pretty scary things from Pokédex entries.

Spoink: die if it doesn't keep on jumping. Don't put hypnosis on it. It will fall asleep and die.

Houndoom: flames burn things forever. I don't think you want that stuff to hit you.

Magcargo: hotter than the sun. I would be died if tried to get near it.

Phantump: creatures made from children who died in the forest

Gardevoir: generates black holes

Man the Pokédex entries make Pokémon scary

But hey 809 Pokémon.

Scp foundation should contain them for Pokémon are too dangerous if the Pokédex entries are true

Pokemon Sun & Moon and their upgrades sure are scary

Instead of being a nice and charming pokemon, Sylveons are ruthless killers who use their ribbon feelers to hunt down other pokemon
Also Froslass knocks on our door in the blizzard? Scaary

Fun fact, if Gardevoir actually had the power to create black holes, it would destroy pretty much everything around it including its own trainer.

Assuming Gardevoir itself is immune to the black hole's own pull.

Yeah thats why if Pokédex is real.

Let's assume the humans will try to kill every one of them to avoid death.

Gardevoir would be classified as keter because black holes are super dangerous.

Pokédex is Ridiculous and unreliable.

The most ridiculous Pokédex entries.

1.Magcargo is stated to be hotter than the Sun.

By that logic. Everything around it should have died from the intense heat. So why isn't anyone dead.

2. Machamp is stated to be able to throw thousands of punches in a minute.

So why hasn't it been shown to do that. It would've destroyed mountains if that was true but it's notZ

3. Gardevoir can generate Black holes.

Then why hasn't the planet and the entire universe been sucked in by gardevoirs black holes.

4. spoink must continue to jump otherwise it's heart will stop.

By that logic. Hypnosis would kill spoink as if spoink were to go asleep then it wouldn't move which would mean its heart would stop functioning.

5. Houndooms flames cause damage that will never heal.

In the game and anime Pokémon have been hit by the flames but no sign of damage that won't heal.

Seriously the Pokédex is unreliable and is not accurate.

There are extreme cases, but most pokedex entries are pretty tame. Magcargo's internal temperature is hotter than the sun, pokedex also says its shell is cooled and hardened magma so its outside temp can't be that hot. And also Magcargo isn't as big as the sun so obviously it wouldn't kill everything in its area, it's not a miniature sun.

Gardevoir's black hole isn't big enough to absorb the planet let alone the universe.

Zeraora is lightning fast and Pidgeot is mach 2 among other things so Machamp's speed isn't out of place.

Gameplay obviously does not match up with pokedex feats either otherwise it would be a mess. Doesn't mean the pokedex is unreliable overall. Like I said, most dex entries are pretty tame.

There was an episode of the anime that said some entries were just made-up, whereas others were based on rumors, folktales, etc. Not all of them should be taken as fact.

Seriously if Pokédex entries were real.

The humans of the Pokémon world would try to kill all of them due to how big of a threat they would be to humanity.

Not only that but instead of a regular house.

Humans would have to live in bunkers in order to avoid getting killed by these pokemon.
