Your team needs Rapid Spin/Defog support, and there's 3 phyiscal walls that could do that for you:

-Forretress w/Leftovers or Shed Shell
Nature: Relaxed
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Sp.Defense
Moves: Rapid Spin, Spikes/Stealth Rock, Volt Switch/Gyro Ball, Earthquake

-Donphan w/Leftovers
Nature: Impish
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 252 Defense, 4 Attack
Moves: Rapid Spin, Earthquake, Stealth Rock, Ice Shard

-Skarmory w/Leftovers or Shed Shell
Nature: Impish
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP, 248 Defense, 8 Sp.Defense
Moves: Brave Bird, Roost, Defog, Spikes/Stealth Rock/Whirlwind

All them can set up hazards for you too.

As for your special attacker, I wouldn't use Jolteon; it needs rain to be at its best. Roserade is nice, but it adds another Ice weakness to your team (particularly if you use Donphan), si it'd be better to not use it. Maybe use Gengar for that slot?

-Gengar w/Black Sludge or Life Orb
Nature: Timid
Abiltiy: Levitate
EVs: 252 Speed, 252 Sp.Attack, 4 HP
Moves: Shadow Ball, Focus Blast, Sludge Bomb, Destiny Bond

Not too sure about it, though. Also, Mega Gardevoir should probably use Calm Mind or Focus Blast instead of Thunderbolt, and Psyshock is better than Psychic in this case.

I wouldn't add Milotic to the team; it doesn't have much that makes it stand out from other Water Pokemon. Vaporeon can fill in that role for you, as it provides Wish support for the team:
-Wish
-Protect
-Scald
-Ice Beam/Toxic/Roar
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP/252 Def/8 SDef
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb

Mega Gardevoir should look something like this:
-Hyper Voice
-Psyshock
-Hidden Power (Ground)/Focus Blast
-Taunt/Shadow Ball
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252 SAtk/252 Spe
Item: Gardevoirite
Ability: Trace

If this is for Single 6v6 then you definitely need a rapid spinner. The obvious one is Donphan, but sometimes it's nice to surprise your opponents and for that I would suggest Avalugg. With 184 in defense he has one of the highest in game, not to mention access to recover. The only downside is that Ice kind of sucks as a defensive typing, but you've got his weaknesses covered pretty wel, so he might work for you.

As far as your Special I would suggest Gengar or Volcarona. Either of them will cover type you don't already have.

Here are my set for these three:

Avalugg w/Leftovers or Sitrus Berry
Ability: Sturdy
Evs: 252 HP/4 Atk/252 Def
Nature: adamant
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Avalanche
- Earthquake

Gengar w/ Black Sludge or Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Evs: 4 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
Nature: Timid
- Substitue
- Pain Split
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast/Sludge Bomb/Sludge Wave (again depending on what format)

Volcarona w/ Leftovers or Lum Berry
Ability: Flame Body
Evs: 240 HP/252 Def/16 Spe
Nature: Timid
- Quiver Dance
- Fiery Dance/Heat Wave
- Bug Buzz
- Roost/Morning Sun

These have all work well for me. Let me know if you need any more clarification on these sets.

Avalugg is rather subpar, IMO, because of its common weaknesses. Excadrill is the better Rapid Spinner in all cases:
-Earthquake
-Iron Head/Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
-Swords Dance/Stealth Rock
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
Item: Air Balloon/Leftovers
Ability: Mold Breaker

or
-Earthquake
-Iron Head
-Rock Slide
-Rapid Spin
Nature: Adamant/Jolly
EVs: 120 HP/136 Atk/252 SDef (Adamant) or 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe (Jolly)
Item: Assault Vest (Adamant)/Choice Scarf (Jolly)
Ability: Mold Breaker

Fire Blast is preferred over Heat Wave; Heat Wave only sees use in doubles and VGC formats.
