Hello, I tried using playsong 0x134 0x0 in a script but when I played the game, it didn't play.
It's 0x308 which is Azalea City.

I have a quick question.
If I'm understanding the OP right, earlier versions of the patch used the FR/LG soundfont opposed to the HGSS soundfont. If that's the case, is there any way I could get a link to the old patch. As great as the HGSS soundfond is, I just have a love for the more GBA sounding music.

1) Is it possible to open the midi files of these songs through sappy?
2) Whenever I open the patched gba with sappy, the program doesn't respond while analyzing any song. The songs work while playing the rom, but sappy can't play the songs.

Forgot to mention that. Yes I am! As far as I know the live beta is only for FR, as well as the latest Sappy-compatible file.

Here's HGSS Music Patch "Unofficial" Update
- This is based on HGSS Music Patch Emerald v1.4
- This fixes major bugs of the existing patch, including the music freezing bug
- Includes ipatix's music mixer, it makes the music have less noise
- Available for FireRed and Emerald
Patching is similar to my B2W2 Music Patch:
Extending the ROM is REQUIRED, do this before proceeding. XSE is what I use to do this.
1. Apply the .ips patch to your ROM (Use the correct one!)
2. Open the file "HGSS Unofficial Update.bit" in HxD.
3. Select all of the contents (Ctrl+A) and copy it (Ctrl+C).
4. Open the ROM in HxD.
5. Go to (Ctrl+G) 1200000 and paste-write (Ctrl+B) the copied content there.
6. Save!
Steps 7 to 10 are for FireRed only:
7. Open "Songtable.bit" and your FireRed ROM in HxD.
8. Select all of the contents (Ctrl+A) of Songtable.bit and copy it (Ctrl+C).
9. Go to (Ctrl+G) 1000000 and paste-write (Ctrl+B) the copied content there.
10. Save!
Song list is similar to the ones in OP but with a few differences.
For FireRed: Some songs are added and/or swapped.
For Emerald: It's exactly the same as the one in OP.
An updated sappy.xml is also included in the zip file (to be used for FireRed)

High Quality Sound Mixer is Emerald version V 2.0, Fire Red version

The emerald version was modified to sound 16 tracks that only 14 tracks sound.
The Fire Red version has expanded 16 tracks with HQ Sound Mixer V 2. x and
Corrected to avoid collision.
Both use address 0x0302D000 for 16 tracks.
The Fire Red version applies invalidation of the fundamental help judgment routine call.
Address 0x0302F000 is available. (In the patch of this time, the address 0x0302F000 is "not dared" used)
