(I feel this is needed to avoid contradictory descriptions, and develop a better understanding, of the districts in Fallcliff) "the farms have settled further north" *looks at map* WHY IS IT UPSIDE DOWN?

Okay, I've tried but this map keeps bugging me so, I'm just gonna list what I think each district is known for based on their name and location. (assuming district implies that there's something that separates the area from the others) Scanning from left to right, bottom to top,

Coltif - Due to its placement and shape, I assume farmers live here
Verone - French?
Divided - Race War?
Sessle - General residence. (aka. I don't know)
Vacant - Abandoned and poor
Historical Heart - Museums and stuff (Curators nearby?)
Innocence - Lots of kids/very safe
Catany - General residence (again, idk)
University - Learning and intellectually focused (ugh, school)
Abandoned Industries - Vacant but with factories and high crime
Eastern European - (this general ethnicity)
Entertainment - Movies, amusement parks, sports, ect. (Fallcliff's Hollywood? idk never been there)
Indonesian - (this general ethnicity)
Industrial - Factories and stuff

New Rome - Rich People cause it's near Gov. and Service Districts
Service Industries - ( <- the definition)
Governmental - Political, some cape tension
Cultural - Very renaissance-like
Dutch-Indonesian - Lots of variety
New Moreton - English people?
New Germany - ...idk
The Queen's - ...idk
Hillside - Expensive property
Noveau Toulouse - uh... Rich and french
Main Station - Optional Info explains
The Pathway - Seems out of place and weird, as it just sort of ends, so I assume it's plot related.

I literally just threw this together using context clues, so if I got something wrong, (probably most of it) please tell me. (as it was kinda the point of all this)

Most of it is very well pieced together! Coltif is indeed a district filled with farmers. There's a bunch of general residence districts, some having a more noticeable cultural heritage than others. The Italian named districts have that name because of the Italian influx during the growth of the city, but most of the Italian heritage has watered down. You can still see that back in groups like La Fenice. The districts with other clearly cultural names are orientated towards that culture. That means people live in them who aren't of the particular ethnicity, but it is more homogenous in nature.

A lot of the names are also that of towns/cities from other parts of the world that have been anglofied. Verone used to be called Verona by the Italians, until most people living there spoke English, at which point it became Verone. Verone, Sessle, Innocence, Catany, New Rome, Vacant, it's all mainly general residency, ranging from lower-class living in Vacant, to upper-class living in New Rome.

The Divided District is culturally and ethnically extremely diverse, and therefor home to more racial incidents, but it's not a warzone between ethnical gangs.

Dutch-Indonesian is mainly people immigrating from Indonesia when the reign of the Dutch ended, and sympathizers and white folk had to leave. They were all quite rich, settling quite some part of town, but it's again just a high-class general residence district, not ethnically bound. It just has a culture associated historically.

On top of the cliff you have New Moreton-On-Cliff, which was a neighboring town of Fallcliff until it got absorbed by the expansive city growth.

The Pathway, end the neighboring districts all lie on a very hilly part of town. The more you travel up, towards the mountains, the more hilly it becomes. The pathway is a small part of town that slithers through the hills on the flatest land available. It's also why the roads are bit wavier, less organized around that area. It's accomodated to the hills.

The Governmental district has all officeses related to regulation, both nationwide and citywide. It also houses the Fallcliff PRT/Protectorate Headquarters.

The cultural district is the refined version of the entertainment district. It's orientated towards high-brow culture, so it houses opera houses, small theatres of the arts, and private bars, instead of some casino's, cinemas, concert halls, etc.

EDIT: Also fixed the mention of the farms being north. They're south. Definitely south.

Ok, I added in how he interacts with people in his business practices and his religious views in his personality.

So, I hope we don't discourage you by these constant comments. There's a couple of things I feel are actually still missing. For his personality section, it feels a bit like character trivia, without actually any coherency in the description. I still struggle to see how he is as a person at the moment. Gimmepie has actually written a really nice guide which elaborates on SUs, and therefore of course personality. If you're interested in reading it, I'll leave a link here.

The other stuff I'm still a bit iffy about is part of his history. Why did someone just hurl a chunk of ice towards him? Why did he leave a country to escape the mafia by moving to a town with Mafiosi?

There's also interesting stuff in there that I don't mind not having any elaboration on, but I'd love to see some. It was noticed he's a great ice sculptor, but ice sculpting isn't something every kid tries. He's also gone to college, so clearly he's got a degree in something.

My advice for interacting with feedback is to look not at it literally, and just add a sentence elaborating on each point that's brought up. Try to put it into relation to the SU itself. It might be handy to also look at some of the already accepted SUs to see how they've worked it in!

Ok, I made yet another edit to my character sheet. I hope it will be accepted now because if I have to do yet another edit to it, I will become very, very stressed out.

There's no need to stress over this. It's a casual hobby.
In the long run you'll probably learn some handy stuff from this, so look at it that way.

I hate to do this, but I'm dropping out of this RP. I just have too much going on right now, and I need to pick my battles. Do what you want with Key Master, jail him, kill him, use him as an NPC, you have my blessing. Sorry I won't be participating.

Although I might still throw ideas out in Discord.

Alright, I'm making a character. Reasoning should be apparent, even if it's a different universe. :D Do you have anything against multiplication/cloning as a power?

EDIT: While thinking, I came up with an even more ridiculous idea: a Cape that doesn't have any powers. I intend to give him powers eventually (probably the aforementioned), but until then the aracter would believe that his "power" makes him impervious to damage. Of course, he is just super lucky, and has yet to run into a true Villain during his vigilante career. Upon discovering he's just a normal dude, his trigger event would occur (most likely after getting the snot beat out of him by any competent villain), and stuff would then go on from there.

I don't think a powerless vigilante would last a minute in Fallcliff. What you're describing also doesn't fit the tone very well.

Alright, so some new ideas for powers that I want to clear before going crazy and making a character that doesn't t in the RP.

First, Mimick, a hero who's 'power' is the ability to copy any one power of a cape near him. This could be limited by touch, and I was thinking he would only be able to copy one power at a time.

Secondly, a character with the aforementioned cloning ability, who would most likely be a Villain. He uses his copies as a personal special ops squad, for hire by the seedier sects.

Finally, a user of time manipulation. This one is probably the most controversial, and of course he'd need limits to keep him from getting overpowered. I was thinking he would only be able to affect nonliving matter, and then only a certain amount at a time.

Let me know your thoughts, I'm always open to feedback.

I personally think these are all interesting options. I think each of these could work. I think the interesting part of it is to ask yourself: 'how do I make these powers interesting and balanced?' Worm has a good amount of body-doublers and power-stealers (hell, the whole trump classification is based on power manipulation). Adding something to them to make them unique and give them an interesting twist or flaw is what makes them compelling. The third power I really like, especially with the idea of it not affecting living things. A fight scene where everything works in slow motion, but the people do not is awesome imagery. Imagine fighting against someone shooting a gun in such an environment.

Consider this my parting gift. A half-finished SU that anyone can pick up and use, much like my finished SU.
