This deck has the normal strategy, which is to start with Xerneas, use draw support to get out Gardevoir or Hoopa, to get out Gardevoir then use geomacy either until Xerneas gets knocked out or use fairy garden to switch with Gardevoir doing tons of damage.

Looks mostly standard. I approve :p
Fairy looses a lot of power being unable to move energy around in Standard. Trainers look acceptable (the Spirit Link count may be a little excessive), and the Pokemon line looks reliable. I'd recommend trying Xerneas BREAK (SS 82/114) as a secondary attacker.
