I have 105 straight wins in Battle Tower Level 50 yet I still dont have either Shield.What am I doing wrong? I am playing Emerald.

You sure you don't already have them? Maybe you just skipped over the dialogue? (If there is any, it's been a while) It is a Secret Base item and not something that would be in your bag. Try going to your Secret Base and see if you have it.

Stupid question, you have talked to Scott haven't you? since he's the one that gives you them not someone at the tower
