[General] Trading for Evolution

Using Island Scan I've obtained a Horsea that I evolved into Seadra. I've always wanted a Kingdra in one of my games and my goal is in sight Would anyone be willing to trade with me for evolution purposes, pretty please? I'd really appreciate it and figured this would be a reliable place to ask.
