Is it impossable to beat Lance with a level 67 Venasaur, with only 5 Giga Drains, a level 36 raticate, a level 51 Articuno with Arial Ace, Blizzard and hail, and 2 revives. No potions?

It might be, but you might be better off catching the other birds if you are doing that kind of thing. But Articuno can probably beat most of Lance itself, however; Gyarados is gonna be a butt.
