Maybe, they will upgrade Magikarp' stats and movesets.

What if Dynamax(Dynamic not Gigantic) and Gigantamax(Gigantic not Dynamic) lived up to their name.

Dynamic Dynamax would be pretty cool tho: a Pokemon's size depends on its HP. it's huge when full, then gets tinier and tinier the more damage it takes. it regrows whenever its HP gets replenished and the cycle starts again. Gigantamax.. ehh... pretty much should just remain unchanged really.
