If I was a pokémon trainer, probably Chikorita and never evolve it.

If just as a friend and companion? Skitty! Or Chikorita also tbh.

I'd pick Mudkip and never evolve it. I remember way back when Mudkip used to be a meme 😂

My first choice would almost always be ma boi Cyndaquil. But since we're allowed evolutions, I could see myself picking Eevee to get dat Umbreon.

I would take Chikorita. I don't mind Chikorita or the evolutions at all.

I think all of the Johto starters are pretty cool.
