Help with card

I was searching threw my Pokemon cards that I used to play with as a kid and I found this one Pokemon that I'm not sure if it's a fake or not but I can't seem to find it online. can someone identify this card and mabye tell me it's value?

That's fake. The font is way off, the colour is off, and most importantly Prime cards didn't print the word Prime anywhere.
