What are those cards?

So, I recently I went to my old Pokémon cards and I discovered some odd looking cards.
I tried to look them up on internet, but I couldn't find anything that could give me any kind of information.

Then I found this forum, so I hope that there are some people that have an idea about what my Pokémon cards are, what they have been used for and where they come from.

I've added pictures of all the cards I have, one of the back of the cards and one closeup from a Pokémon/Trainer card.
On each of the cards is some detailed information about the Pokémon/Trainer. Also on the Pokémon cards there is detailed information about the stats of the Pokémon or a little story of the Trainer.

The details of the cards:
Trainers [probably]:
- Ash
- Brock 2x
- Misty

Pokémons:
#084 Moltres
#086 Muk
#091 Nidorina
#094 Oddish
#097 Onix
#098 Paras
#108 Poliwrath
#114 Rapidash
#115 Raticate
#130 Squirtle 2x
#131 Starmie 2x
#142 Vileplume 2x
#150 Zapdos

I really hope that there is someone that could give me some information about these cards!

These just look like informational cards based on the anime. There were other franchises that did this as well.
Do you know what franchise made those cards and do you know what the value could be of them?

I actually have no idea. I had cards like these but they weren't of Pokémon. As far as value, I don't think they were that popular, so probably not worth much. Who knows though, I could be wrong.

With how pixelated the prints look, I'd be inclined to consider these to be counterfeit cards, personally. I've legit never seen something like this before, though.
