I'd recommend Shiki from what I've seen so far. I mean look at this candy floss haired vampire getting possessed by the spirit of Akiyuki Shinbo.

Of course if anything you probably want something from your giant watching list. A few good shows there, Baccano was probably my fav, so that.

I have been too busy playing MMO's and 2 Fire Emblem games to continue my watch list outside of weekly updates.

I've had another friend of mine recommend Shiki a lot, so I might go there one day.
Baccano I'm watching together with someone though, so can't watch that alone I'm afraid. For now finishing Fate/Zero and Katanagatari are my top prios non-airing wise.
