[Sword & Shield] Regieleki needs new moves and some other things.

It has come to my attention that regieleki needs some new, higher power moves. Thunder Punch, some fighting moves, and maybe even some steel moves would be nice. He also has an undeserving 200 SPEED!!!!😤 Making it faster than deoxys' speed form. It's kind of weird considering it's one of the slower outside pokemon. So spread the word! this guy has some flaws that can be easily fixed.

What it needs more than new moves is a better name.
