Because its only available in Pearl and I don't have that game also would I be able to evolve Hoothoot to Noctowl?
No, because you answered "No" to "Exclude NFEs".
Yeah I know I just don't know why the program gave me that :P must've been an error on my end.
It's your game do as you see fit, for the purpose of the challenge though you answered no to exclude NFEs so it might affect your ability to be recognized for it...just ask the OP or edit your post haha.
