It's a tournament held in Singapore ..

Here's the rule for the tournament

Each player uses four Pokémon during the battle, and sends out two Pokémon at a time.

The Flat Battle rules have an auto-level feature, which sets all Pokémon that are above level 50 down to level 50 for the duration of the battle with the following parameters:

o Each Pokémon retains all of the moves that it knew before being auto leveled
o Pokémon that evolve after level 50 do not devolve when auto-leveled
o Pokémon below level 50 will remain at their actual level
o The Pokémon's stats are adjusted to what its level 50 stats would be

A player's team may not contain two Pokémon with the same National Pokédex number.

Each Pokémon on a player's team may use held items, though no two Pokémon may hold the same item during battle. Allowed items include held items from Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver Versions as well as from earlier video games, including Berries 1-64. The Soul Dew item may not be used.

Players may not enter two Pokémon with the same nickname.

Players may not enter a Pokémon nicknamed with the name of another Pokémon character (for example, a Lucario nicknamed "Spiritomb").

Players found to have inappropriate/offensive Trainer names or Pokémon nicknames, as determined by the event staff, will be disqualified from the event.

If an attack knocks out both players’ last Pokémon, the player that used the attack loses the game. This includes the moves Explosion, Selfdestruct, Double-Edge, Volt Tackle, Flare Blitz, Take Down, Submission, Brave Bird, Wood Hammer, Head Smash, Struggle, Perish Song, and Destiny Bond. This also includes the Life Orb held item.

If an environmental effect knocks out both players’ last Pokémon, the result of the game is a tie. This includes Hail, Sandstorm, and Sunny Day.

If all remaining Pokémon are knocked out due to Stealth Rock or Spikes, the result of the game is a tie.

If a Pokémon’s ability or held item results in all remaining Pokémon being knocked out, the result of the game is a tie. This includes Aftermath, Liquid Ooze, Rough Skin, Jaboca Berry, and Sticky Barb.

A player who selects “Run” during a battle will count as the loser of that game, whether selected intentionally or not.

A player wins by knocking out his or her opponent’s final Pokémon

If there are any disputes, the Referee's Decision is Final
Pokemon Restrictions
Players may use Pokémon found in the Pokémon HeartGold and Pokémon SoulSilver Versions National Pokédex, from 001 to 493, including those Pokémon imported from earlier video games, with the exception of the Pokémon listed below.

The following Pokémon NOT eligible for use in the tournament:

151 - Mew
251 - Celebi
385 - Jirachi
386 - Deoxys
489 - Phione
490 - Manaphy
491 - Darkrai
492 - Shaymin
493 - Arceus

During battle, a player's team of four Pokémon may not have more than one Pokémon from the list below.

150 - Mewtwo
249 - Lugia
250 - Ho-Oh
382 - Kyogre
383 - Groudon
384 - Rayquaza
483 - Dialga
484 - Palkia
487 - Giratina

Pokémon may only use moves (including those learned in an earlier video game) that have been learned through one of the following methods:

By leveling up
By TM or HM
As an Egg move, through breeding
From a Move Tutor
Already learned by a Pokémon that was received at an official Pokémon event or promotion
Already learned by a Pokémon that was received from another Pokémon game (such as the Pikachu that knows Surf from Pokémon Battle Revolution)
By Smeargle's "Sketch" move (limited to the above moves learned by Pokémon from 001 to 493)

So here goes , JadeX's Pokemon Team .

Since we're allowed to use Uber , why not use them ?

Salamence (F)

Lum Berry
EV 252 Atk , 252 Speed , 4 SP.Def

-Dragon Dance
-Fire Blast

Wobbufet (F)

EV 32 HP , 228 Def , 252 SP.Def

-Mirror Coat

Scizor (F)

Choice Band
EV 244 HP , 252 Atk , 12 Speed

-Bullet Punch
-Super Power

Life Orb
EV 252 Speed , 252 Atk , 4 HP
-Dragon Dance
-Extreme Speed
-Over Heat

Hmm... I think it's a pretty bad arrangement as most people would start off with Status inflicting moves ( Esp. Sleep ) or Protect .

I never really tried using Wobbuffet before but it was there to prevent the enemy from escaping . Encore them , if they protect then good for them .
And then kill them off .

Salamence just starts off with a Dragon Dance and proceeds on with a Sweep . Lum Berry to prevent sleep lock or in case , if it DD through and Outrage ,it can cure its confusion . So Salamence is sort of the offensive guy .

Rayquaza is just a Salamence back up . So when Salamence is down , Extreme Speed and Scizor's Bullet Punch/Pursuit to Revenge .

If not , Rayquaza will start off it's DD Dance and then Outrage .

Was thinking of taking Scizor out as U-Turn doesn't have much use since it's not my lead pokemon and being trapped in band was bad ...
And maybe replace Wobbuffet off ?

My initial combo was Zapdos + Garchomp . Garchomp being Scarf while Zapdos being Specs .
Discharge and Earthquake combo .

Should I switch back Zapdos , Garchomp , Rayquaza , Salamence ?

So it's basically exactly like VGC 2010, except you can only use 1 uber instead of two.

Anyways, your current team sucks. It's like you're not even thinking about double battles because it looks more like a single battle team with single battle movesets. And as you (should) know, those strategies won't work in double battles.

Your original team was better, except for the fact that they're ALL WEAK TO ICE.
A Hail team would wreck that team, especially if it used the Mewtwo+Abomasnow combo where Mewtwo spams Blizzard and OHKOs all of your team members. You need some Ice resists to combat Hail teams. For instance, a Metagross can work great on that team as well as a Kyogre who can change the weather if needed.

Also Choice items = bad idea. Don't use Choice items in double battles. It limits your versatility and forces you to switch often and switching too much can put you in a bad position.

Basically, get rid of this whole team and start over.
