Honestly, I can understand if there are childish moments in the show because it is targeted to kids. But what is the point if you are completely leaving out the other audiences? All you see him do is act like a kid, you would think as much as he has traveled he would be smarter and has grown wiser. But its anime and anime is usually not realistic, to an extent at least. I feel like he got wiser as each new generation came around, BW he was eh, not the worst and not the best. Then X and Y he got a little worse but felt bearable, at least to me. Then SM happened, its like reincarnation happened on him, what even? Even the way the anime looks is childish, at least the first one looked more sensible, well the rest of the generations at least. Ash even looks younger. I just dont even know what to say about this anymore. What are your thoughts?
