Will you still do binary hacking when Gen 3 Decomp would be completed?

Hi! Decomp is getting close to be finished for Gen 3 series atleast Pokeruby is 90% and PokeEmerald 50%
My question is will you still do binary hacking instead of using decomp?

I would rather stick to binary hacking because there aren't much tutorials to work with it.
